Tengku Badli has extensive years’ of exposure in the financial industry sector. He started his career as a Management Trainee in Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Hong Kong (“HSBC”) in 1994 and continued his stint with HSBC Group in various senior positions covering both corporate and commercial as well as retail & consumer banking division. He later pursued his career with Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad in February 2008 as Head of Branch Management prior to joining PMB in September 2013.
Tengku Badli holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB Hons) from University of East Anglia United Kingdom. He is also actively involved in serving the society. He was commissioned by SPB Yang Di Pertuan Agong as Major (Honorary) of Regimen 506AW, Angkatan Tentera Malaysia on 08th June 2011 and appointed as Justice of The Peace by The Sultan of Kelantan on 11th November 2012. He is also currently serving as the Honorary Secretary of Malaysia Chess Federation (MCF), the principal authority/sports body for Chess in Malaysia, in affiliation with the world governing body, FIDE.
Dato’ Hj Abd Rahim bin Dato’ Hashim graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth (United Kingdom) at 1979.
Previously, Dato’ start his career with civil engineering in year 1987 followed by Principals of Institut Kemahiran Malaysia (IKM) at Kelantan. Later than Dato’ was appointed as various key person position in number of public civil engineering sector. To be short, Dato’ have an extensive of more than 27 years of experience in public engineering sectors.
Dato’ Hj Abd Rahim was also active with numbers of high standard of courses and he is currently served as MARA Senior Director in Education Division.
Ahmed Abdul Khalid, a Malaysian, is the Regional Head of Coverage and Partnership for Asia at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia, Adelaide and is a member of the Australian Society of CPA as well as Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He joined ICD at its headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2007, before moving to Kuala Lumpur to head its regional office which was set up in 2011. He was responsible for setting up investment companies and financial institutions in several member countries in Asia and the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as advisory on relevant legislation amendments. He also sits on the Board of Directors and is an audit committee member for both Maldives Islamic Bank and Asian ReTakaful (L) Ltd.
He was previously with International Bank Malaysia Berhad before joining Malaysian Plantations Berhad (now known as Alliance Financial Holding Berhad) as the assistant to the financial controller. He later joined Alliance Investment Bank Berhad's Corporate Finance and Capital Market Division.
Graduated of ‘Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants’ (ACCA) from United Kingdom at 1992, Pn Siti Aminah Ismail further pursue for Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia at 2010.
Started her career with a famous Audit Firm in 1992. She began her excellence in Bahagian Kewangan MARA from 1995 rise until recent sitting as ‘Timbalan Pengarah I, Bahagian Kewangan MARA’.
She is also sitting as a Board Member of Rural Capital Berhad since 2016.
Mr. Ibrahim Shoukry is the Resident Representative and Director for the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Group office in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is responsible for all of the IDB Group affairs in the country, including public and private sector operations with a portfolio of over USD4.0 billion. Formerly he was a Director at ICD, leading the financing and investment operations and managing over USD700.0 million of diversified equity investments, project finance, and corporate finance.
Mr. Shoukry holds MBA in Banking and Finance from Maastricht School of Management and holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He is a former member of the several boards of directors including a real estate company in Saudi Arabia, a sugar company in Egypt, a dairy products company in Egypt, a cement company in Sudan, a leasing company in Albania and recently the Chairman of the Board of a leasing company in Tajikistan. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking, financing, and advisory related servrces.
Prior to joining the Islamic Development Bank Group, he worked at KPMG Egypt as a senior manager heading the corporate finance and advisory functions for the country's top blue-chips in different sectors
