22ND INTER-UNIT TRUST BOWLING TOURNAMENT:
A CELEBRATION OF TEAMWORK AND SPORTSMANSHIP
Kuala Lumpur, 14 December 2024 – PMB United, the Sports & Recreational Club under Pelaburan MARA Berhad, proudly organized the 22nd Inter-Unit Trust Bowling Tournament, bringing together 24 teams from unit trust companies, asset management firms, and other leading organizations.
The event was officiated by the Chief Operating Officer of Pelaburan MARA Berhad, who is also the President of PMB United, En. Mohd Adzhar Abdul Hamed, at Wangsa Bowl, One Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Also in attendance was the Chairman of PMB Investment Berhad, Datuk Mohd Idzwan Izuddin Ab Rahman.
According to En. Mohd Adzhar, he was delighted with the overwhelming response to this year’s tournament, which saw participation from 24 teams comprising 96 athletes representing various financial and unit trust organizations.
“The warm reception from all parties is truly inspiring and demonstrates the high level of sportsmanship among us. I am confident that every team has prepared thoroughly, from player selection to training and strategic planning. I hope this spirit of teamwork and discipline continues and is reflected in our daily work,” said En. Mohd Adzhar.
Meanwhile Datuk Idzwan added, “This tournament isn’t just about competition; it’s about fostering camaraderie, strengthening bonds, and celebrating teamwork. In our fast-paced industry, events like this provide an opportunity to connect on a personal level, have fun, and create lasting memories beyond the workplace.”
