This concept is involve providing equipment/machinery on a lease or rental basis. The lessee will use the equipment/machinery for the specific period. By using this concept, it helps to reduce the burden of capital expenditure for businesses. At the end of the period, the ownership of the equipment / machinery is transferred to lessee.
