Rahimi Bin Ramli

En. Rahimi Bin Ramli is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MARA Corporation, with over 25 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, corporate advisory, and governance across public practice, government-linked companies (GLCs), and diversified business groups.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, London, and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
Rahimi began his career with KPMG Kuala Lumpur, where he developed a strong foundation in audit, taxation, and advisory services. He has since held senior finance leadership positions in listed entities and government-owned organisations, with extensive exposure to group financial management, financial strategy and investment, corporate finance, treasury, financial reporting, taxation, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions.
He also serves as a Board Member and a member of the Board Credit & Investment Committees for subsidiary companies, including KPTM, UniKL, PMB, PMBT, PMBI, GLSB, and AAT. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for overseeing group-wide financial operations, strengthening financial governance and compliance, supporting the Board and Management in strategic and investment decisions, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the MARA Corporation Group of Companies.
