Pn. Afifah Binti Sahib @ Mohamed Nor is the Under Secretary of the International Division at the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development. With over 20 years of experience in public service, she brings extensive expertise in socio-economic development, particularly in policy development and strategic planning.
She began her career in 2004 as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer at the Ministry of Finance, where she was involved in key areas of public financial management and national policy development, particularly in government procurement. She later joined the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development in August 2020.
Pn. Afifah holds a Master of Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Republic of Korea, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Accounting) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
